Looking For Work?

We know what it’s like to work in restaurants. The hours are long, the wages are low, and the constant abuse causes wear and tear on our mental health. We created this nonprofit to change the way people look at the labor force. We’re here to coach and support workers into becoming independent thinkers with strong work ethic. If you got what it takes to become a leader, then we will help get you whatever resources you need to succeed.

We break down the people we work with into three categories:

Champions: Our best workers get the best opportunities because they play an important role in our system. It takes more than having experience in Michelin restaurants to become one of our champions. You must be able to take constructive feedback, go above the call of duty, and be able to lead our workers who are still in the process of discovering themselves.

Clients: We understand the mental stresses that develop from working in restaurants. We’re here to provide coaching and support from workers who deal with issues such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. We are empathetic people who want to help you rediscover your own self-worth. We will provide resources to keep you pushing, and send you to restaurants that will know how to appreciate you.

Students: For the youth who can’t afford cooking school and the people looking to start a new career the right way. We offer training seminars and creative job placement that will create opportunities for you to begin a fresh start, without all the nonsense that comes with starting in this industry.

We take our work very seriously, and our interview process is very intensive. We have high expectations of our workers, and if your goal is to make quick cash, you probably won’t qualify. Serious inquiries only.
